Building an accurate record
- A complete list of every absence, with exact departure and return dates
- Passport stamps and travel history reports
- Employment, tenancy or study records covering the period
- Notes explaining any period you cannot fully document
Leave a margin
Applying with only a day or two of margin creates risk if a single trip is later recalculated. A buffer is prudent.
